Al helpless and then they also reduce the fresh air ....

There is a rope on the chest, that pulls you forward and the rope on the arms that pulls you backwards. So you are completely stuck in a defenseless position. (it also works without the chest-harness.)

It looks kinda uncomfortable... but it was an amazing helpless position with hands in strapado, slightly floating above the ground whilel egs were spread ...
