I’ve always been such a huge fan of Lee Jeffries because of that, this photo I took of Glen from Deicide is one of my favorite portraits I’ve had the honor and pleasure to take.

@RepakJason @alligatoradvntr Wow those are huge

[Deidra Kling @KlingDeidra]

I explained to my daughter what happened recently in our country in regard to threats to our equality and she said it sounds like we are going backward instead of forward. Yes baby, it does. (This is a photo I took of my daughter a few years ago.)

[Deidra Kling @KlingDeidra]

@astridkallsen I said to someone recently yes I am comfortable with murder because that’s what they wanted to hear. They were expecting me to wilt and avoid it all together. But I often feel anyone who is ok with Any war Or the death penalty’s point is moot

[Deidra Kling @KlingDeidra]

Twice this week a pro-lifer tried to shame me by equating that my desire for equality and bodily autonomy equates to only the murdering of babies. They don’t see anything past the false image of a murdered toddler. How do you have a logical convo with fear driven fanatics?

[Deidra Kling @KlingDeidra]

@JuniorWanderlan No information penetrates past their effective use of confirmation bias. It is never convo only hostility on their part.

(Caged Bird)
The free bird leaps
on the back of the wind and floats downstream
till the current ends
and dips his wings
in the orange sun rays
and dares to claim the sky... #MayaAngelou
