@AmazonHelp Hi there! I'm a Amazon customer from Germany. Currently on vacation in the US and tried to order some items from https://t.co/1mwk4aSJP3. I got an email that my account got blocked and that an email statesment is needed to unlock it. Send it but nothing happened.

@AmazonHelp Checked everything twice...nothing there. I would have liked to get in touch with customer support directly but as my account is locked I can't even access the support page. (site note: not well designed to be honest)

@AmazonHelp I send it right after I got the request to do so yesterday. The mail said after latest 24h this should be resolved...but it's not. I'm usually more relaxed but as I will leave for US again soon this becomes more and more time sensitive...
