we’re getting a lot of questions about our AI red-team programme, mostly about whether formal credentials or professional security experience are required.

my advice: if you have 10 minutes, apply and see for yourself.

the process is designed to help you assess your fit before investing too much time.

you start with a short questionnaire about your background, followed by a technical screener. if most of the questions sound unfamiliar, that’s a pretty good indication you have some skills to develop before taking on this kind of work.

if you pass, you can move on to the practical challenge. you can look at the first task and decide whether to continue. there’s no obligation to complete the whole thing.

if you do complete the test and your report passes manual review, you get paid for the approved test. successful candidates can then join our talent pool for hourly paid work, at a rate agreed during onboarding.

so don’t worry too much about whether your CV looks like a traditional security professional’s. hands-on skills matter more than credentials here, and the first 10 minutes should give you a reasonable idea of where you stand.
