@reblavoie @DoctorTurtleboy I would rarely EVER suggest seeking recusal. Wouldn’t have even recommended it in CW v. KR, and that got real bad. But given the similarities in the 2 issues you raise, and the way they have been handled - the severe prejudice to KR and AK is undeniable to me.

If Gildea believes there’s a chance @DoctorTurtleboy is getting info from the Read team, he must recuse himself from the HAM defamation case, where this is pretty much the core of their claim.

Yes 💯 this. For some reason #PrinceHarry is enabled and protected from real scrutiny and it’s really frustrating. We need more people who know about his activities to speak up and make him accountable for ONCE in his life. He’s a middle aged man not a little boy anymore.

@SnooCompliments @JulieCar94 Attorneys are human and everyone makes mistakes on both sides if I was Karen I would be very angry . But hiding communications from the judge to make it look like Karen team ignored them is pretty bad and can get the lawyer sanctioned.

I wish Karen Read's lawyers would have filed an Amended Motion with leave to file. They could still request leave to Amend now but with the hearing scheduled for July 14 and all the drama about extending it- I'm not sure if the judge would allow it bc he would have to reset the hearing for August or later. I do think an appellate court would say he should because the judge has discretion under the Anti-Slapp statute to extend time to file especially where the amended complaint raises new activity not mentioned in the original - like Karen's statements in documentary calling JM a first-degree murderer. Especially where there were no statements directly attributed to her before about a specific Plaintiff.

But yeah, I could argue the first two requirements are met.

The 2:27am search is the premeditation.

Likewise, the 2:27am search is deliberate, cruel, and as an added bonus, shocks the conscience.

Life without parole for two or three of these monsters makes perfect sense.

I’m not kidding. I truly believe the McAlberts are this selfish, cruel, and absolutely capable.

@TheYoungJurks @justlarry315 I think the difference is Aiden thought in 2022 before all the evidence of the butt dials , proctor, and everything else . Djuna has heard all this seen two trials and still believes Karen should have been charged. I don’t like turtlboy but there is a big difference.
