Hi @IndiaPostOffice, my parcel LR465695529NL was wrongly sent to Thane HO instead of Kalyan. I visited Thane HO today, they checked and said it must have been sent back to Kalyan, but it hasn't reached nor has tracking is updated. Where is my parcel? Please look into this.

@IndiaPostOffice Is there a way to file an official complaint? I can't do it on the India Post website because it's an international parcel and calling the toll-free number i get same response about this being international parcel. It's been two days now, and there are still no updates.
