My next move is going to be reaching out to corporate if I do not receive a call back in the morning or if my account isn’t unlocked. This a huge inconvenience @LendingClub
Hey @LendingClub y’all promised me a supervisor call back yesterday because y’all still haven’t unlocked my business bank account, yet my phone hasn’t rang! I told y’all I no longer needed the dispute and y’all have done NOTHING!
I understand that @LendingClub has to lock accounts when they are looking into a dispute, but when the customer tells them that the issue was resolved and it’s no longer needed, I’d think that they’d let the customer back into their own accounts. ESPECIALLY when it’s a business!
I asked multiple @LendingClub employees to put me in touch with a supervisor, was promised a call back twice, yet my phone has not rang. I am losing business and patience, and I’m ready to close my account and go elsewhere if they can’t unlock my shit immediately
Because @LendingClub won’t unlock my business account, I couldn’t pay my people, I can’t pay the bills that were due 2 days ago, I can’t receive deposits from my customers, and I can’t purchase the items I need to fill my orders.
@LendingClub has had my business account locked since Wednesday because I had to dispute a transaction. Even after I advised them that the issue was resolved, they left my account locked.
