CAF Referee of the Year Omar Artan has been invited by UEFA to attend the UEFA Men’s Summer Course 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland. 🇨🇭

The course will take place from 31st August to 2nd September 2026.

UEFA has also indicated that they want Omar Artan to officiate football matches in Europe.

UEFA has sent an official letter to CAF and the Somalia FA to inform them about the invitation.
