Covid hospitalizations are now at the lowest level since July 25th.

The 7-day Covid positivity rate is below 7% (6.59%) and at the lowest level in more than 3 months. It's been below 10% for 3 weeks.

TX is tied for 10th lowest state in fewest new covid cases per capita.

Today Texas posted the lowest 7-day Covid positivity rate in more than a month.

It has steadily declined for 20 days.

Lower positivity rates often lead to a lower number of Covid positive cases. And fewer cases lead to reduced hospitalizations.
