During my recent visit to Chandigarh & Mohali, I had the opportunity to visit Modern Automobile Engineers, Rockrose Auto Centre, Chandigarh Petroways, and Ess Vee Filling Station —each outlet offering valuable insights into evolving customer expectations.

I interacted with our Dealers & Customer Service Assistants (CSAs), reviewed the customer journey firsthand, exchanged views on enhancing convenience, service quality & the overall retail experience.
