@joshwoodward I’ve discovered a great trick to improve Gemini 3.1 Pro's accuracy. After it generates a response, simply prompt it with: 'Check your previous reply for any incorrect information.' It works like magic! Could this feature be built natively into Gemini or some Verify button?
@skdh Another hack: After chat generates a response, simply prompt it with: 'Check your previous reply for any incorrect information.' Improves accuracy massively.

@OfficialLoganK
@elonmusk Almost all of my followers are bots and almost all notifications I get are that a bot started to follow me. This did not happen before that often..
@theproof@Drlipid I've heard from Peter Attia that people with elevated LP(a) should consider taking aspirin for blood thinning since LP(a) increases the risk of thrombosis. Is this true? Would fish oil be enough as a replacement for aspirin?
@TheNutrivore Did it take a long time for you to find out if your symptoms are caused by high blood iron? If so, why if iron levels are monitored routinely in the doctor's office? Might it be because they used a bad blood test?
@NutritionMadeS3 There's quite a few people who say that eating more healthy carbs like grains, tubers etc. will reduce our cravings for sweet unhealthy carbs like cakes etc. because those "unhealthy" cravings suggest we lack carbs. Is there some research to back up this claim?
They argue something like this: If you crave cakes etc., it means that your body just lacks carbs. Give your body healthy carbs and you won't crave those unhealthy sweets like cakes and sugar-sweetened beverages.
@NutritionMadeS3 I hear a lot from influencers how raw plants are healthier than cooked "death" plants for our health due to their enzymes etc. which are destroyed/inactivated during cooking. Do you think there really is some evidence we should pay attention to eating more raw?
@theproof Do you think it's important to take only unoxidized omega-3? There's a lot of hype around buying omega-3 only if it has low peroxide value but buying such tested supplements can be very expensive for a regular person. Do you think oxidized ω−3 are effective as well?
@DrNadolsky Tbh, for me the time restricted eating was a life changer, but for a totally different reason than other people might think. I had a terrible brain fog for my whole life in the fist approximately 6 hours after waking. This brain fog disappeared after going to sleep fasted.
