Do you think the celtics just got really lucky with 2 straight coaches? Is Pop no longer great? Or are good coaches mainly a reflection of great players?
You will want the next coach fired too if we dont get some all-stars in the door
This is just mind boggling to me. The expectations of a team without a single legit All Star player are way too high. People really look at Quin and Nurse etc through rose colored glasses and slander our own coach every chance they get.
@its_me_dennis_b Games like this happen over a long season especially when you dont have a top 10 guy that can make life easier on a nightly basis. Our depth is great but role players are inconsistent and when they are all bad on the same night its gunna look rough no matter whos coaching
@its_me_dennis_b He was bad, everyone was bad but we do need his defense over fournier given current roster makeup right now. Hope Grimes comes back soon though

We certainly have our own injuries, but have to keep taking advantage of playing teams without their top guns. Handled our business in Philly and MIN. Keep it going tonight sans Kyrie #45Wins
I get the pull to ship Fournier and Randle out, but the 2023 FA class isnt worth adding picks to go under the cap. I'd rather hang tight unless a net neutral or better trade presents itself. Keep Fournier situational and dont be afraid to extend Obi if Randle doesnt have it going
Thibs has really turned the page this season on who he is as a coach.
• He deserves huge props for benching Fournier.
• Starting Sims, Cam and Grimes already.
This is is a 45 win team tops but you can’t say Tom isn’t getting everything + more out of these guys.
Feel like it was a slower start for RJ than many hoped and he still is more efficient / putting up similar counting stats to his full 21-22 avgs. Steadily getting better every year. He might be a problem for teams in the 2H of the season based on his historical trendline
I want people to embrace this version of Cam. Playing a role, locking down on D, and making simple plays. No hero ball or tryna be an All-Star. He can make a Mikal Bridges-esq impact to this squad and be a solid longterm peice.
