@Robert03532737@TDChrisG Hart let in like 2 or 3 bad goals all series. Yes thats enough to lose when the margins are this slim, however, if you cant score anyway, it doesnt matter. 2 total goals in the final 2 games (both Dorofeyev) is nowhere near enough.
@MJJBayBay Its is NOT HUMAN that a professional GM thought these players were good. Hanifan should be arrested on the ice right now for what he makes per year. AWFUL player. Weak on the boards, cant clear the puck out EVER, terrible anticipation, bad stick, doesnt tie up opposition
@TDChrisG Count how many times over the last 3 months Ive called him terrible...and been right. Guy sucks at defense and is mediocre at best offensively.
@SinBinVegas The same things that killed the Knights all season, were the reason they didnt win the Cup. TERRIBLE defense at the worst possible times. Hanifan is an embarrassment. Andersson stinks. Lauzon was responsible for too many goals against.
@SinBinVegas It is SCARY how bad Hanifan is. Not one but two chances to clear there, on a play where getting the puck out should NEVER for ONE SECOND been in doubt in the first place. There were 3 Knights and 1 Cane on the boards. FCKING PATHETIC.
@TDChrisG The one area I've been critical of JT has been talent evaluation/lineups, not so much coaching. Reilly Smith should have been playing many of these games. VGK played MUCH better D without Lauzon and should go back to the same lineup vs Colorado.
@GrantBrown36280@TDChrisG Not going that far, but agree w the overall point. Svechnikov's first goal the other night has to be stopped. That was one is on Hart. This notion of simply looking at the number of goals allowed is absurd. VGK consistently gives Carolina grade A chances in prime real estate
@TDChrisG 91% of teams that go up 2-0 on the road in the SCF win the cup. Thats where the disappointment lies. This is 50/50 at best after being a few mins from a lock, mainly due to carless mistakes. That said, would everybody take a split in Carolina if you asked before game 1? YES
@The_CryptoCrypt@RichardHeartWin I actually agree with the point RH is making here but then the opposite is true as well. If you shouldn't lose self worth from the sells, you shouldn't gain self worth from the buys.
