Very poor immigration service for citizens, immigration staff is too slow delaying the intake process thereby ending up long huge chaos with queues.
Our immigration service used to be marvellous until last year but travelling out or coming in seem to be disastrous wait

What is the justification for unprecedented ticket cancellation charges which comes to around 40% of the paid amount, though the cancellation request is being submitted over a month prior to travel.

Appreciate if this settlement is treated on priority basis.
