@ModaUK_Ltd where is my refund of over £2k? Called twice, keep getting palmed off that someone from your refund team will call me back and they don’t. You've held my money since February for a product which has never arrived. Awful customer experience.

Hi @sweatybetty - I ordered 2 yoga mats (£110) on April 20th and never received them. I’m now being directed to Evri from the delivery email to sort it out. How can that be appropriate? I’ve never received the goods! Pls can you help me sort this nonsense out.
