These record-breaking figures should sound the alarm. They are indicative of a system that is broken and a Government that has refused to listen to young people demanding change. The Government must get a grip on the scale of this crisis.

Anger doesn’t usually exist in isolation. It is often fuelled by other underlying emotions like fear, hurt, shame and loneliness. Next time you feel yourself getting angry, try to identify where it is coming from. And if you feel able to, talk it through with someone you trust.
