Hand rubbing the flats on one of my 13” Brechfa Chef Master knives. The most demanding part of making a knife in my opinion. There is no short cut and every mark, scratch and flaw is glaring. It requires time and total dedication to achieving a flawless finish 👌🏻🔪🔥
