Just remember that if/when DRS is killed off the biggest loser will be the environment.

We could have had a fantastic and successful DRS in Scotland, but instead we were dealt a wholly unworkable scheme and a minister who refused to listen.

I hope SG learn from this shambles.

If DRS is supposed to be industry led (which is what @lornaslater keeps saying to not have to answer questions) and industry (both big and small) are saying delay for a UK wide scheme, why are we even debating a SCOTLAND only scheme?
