What an incredible honour!
DexSchool Class of 2025 graduate Pavithra interviewed the Honourable Finance Minister of India (@FinMinIndia) Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman in Chennai this week. #GoDexters#Outlast 🧢🇮🇳
Spotted at @IITBombay: Two Proud Dexters Outlasting!
Prerna (DexSchool ‘26) is spending her summer doing research at Department of Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science (MEMS) at IIT Bombay.
Srivatsa (DexSchool ‘23), an Engineering Physics major at IIT Bombay, is working at the National Stock Exchange of India (@NSEIndia) on the Economic Policy and Research Team.
#DexterityEverywhere #GoDexters 🧢🇮🇳
Dexters use their summer to build forward. As local role models, they’re back in their school and community. As future leaders, they work at institutions that they might lead one day.
Last month, I received a beautiful letter from a proud Dexter studying at the prestigious St. Stephen’s College. Srijan wrote that she had gone back to her high school where her English teacher told her that while explaining the word “Dexterity” in class one day, she ended up explaining the organization “Dexterity” for rest of the class.
Last summer, Srijan (DexSchool ‘23) worked at NITI Aayog, the official policy think tank of our country, chaired by the Honourable Prime Minister of India. This summer, Srijan served at DexSchool residential training and then left for Nepal to work at the SAARC Secretariat, South Asia’s principal body for regional cooperation. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
National media camped outside his hut in Gonpura village in Bihar for several days as this proud #DexSchool graduate and #DexterityToCollege fellow became the first student from the Mahadalit community to study in America on a full scholarship worth ₹2.5 crores.
Four years later, we're proud to report that Prem graduated from college, was chosen as the 2026 Baccalaureate Speaker at the university and, like most Dexters, returned to India on the night of his graduation. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
Throughout the year, I receive such incredible letters from young people. Few years ago, a proud DexSchool graduate (now an IITian), wrote a letter to me that I still read out to young and old Dexters. It captures the heart of Dexterity training.
Aryan wrote, “Sir, it’s been seven months since DexSchool. My Dexterity training has completely changed my personality and lifestyle, and forced me to look at things that may seem micro but have a macro impact on us.” In the beautiful letter that Aryan separates in two parts, the physical and the mental, he writes about organizing, learning, and outlasting.
Aryan began reading a few pages every night in English and Hindi, started organizing his space, participated in more opportunities, made fitness a non-negotiable, and even cut 25 kgs of extra weight. When his parents worried this would affect his studies, his half-yearly results came. He stood first in class. Few months after writing this letter, Aryan cracked the country’s toughest entrance exam to land at an IIT.
This is Dexterity. Not a bragging right or temporary motivation. It is slow, disciplined transformation of mind, body, and spirit. A Dexter graduates every day. #GoDexters #Outlast 🧢🇮🇳
A DexSchool alumna once remarked, “Transformation does not begin when you go through DexSchool, it begins when DexSchool goes through you.” Once they graduate from DexSchool, Dexters are reminded that they must graduate every day to a higher level. Two weeks and DexSchool Class of 2026 is firing signals!
Viraj, proud DexSchool Class of 2026 graduate, has won the Pulitzer Center’s Poetry Contest. Selected as the global winner from 1,600 young scholars from around the world, Viraj’s poem will be published by the Pulitzer Center, and he will receive a $300 prize. #GoDexters #Outlast 🧢🇮🇳
Studied by @Harvard professors, lauded by @NobelPrize winners, and hosted at almost all major institutions.
DexSchool is looking for Class of 2027.
Eligibility: 13-19 years | Deadline: July 20
Dexters amaze us everyday. As Ananya (DexSchool ‘24) returned from an exchange semester in Sweden, her first stop was #DexterityHouse in New Delhi, where she received her Outlast jersey from current resident Deep Shikha (DexSchool ‘22), a proud NCC cadet who fires rifles, flies planes, and is a research scholar in Sanskrit.
Ananya, now entering her final year of college, was elected President of the Student Government at her university, despite being away in Europe for an exchange semester. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
In 1992 @Olympics, the “Dream Team” with @NBA's greatest superstars became “arguably the most dominant squad ever assembled.” On their way to Olympic Gold, they scored 100+ points in every game, beating each team by an average of 44 points.
Thirty-four years later, Coach Ted Donato, himself a 1992 Olympian, delivered the 2026 DexSchool Graduation Address. The legendary @Harvard Head Coach remarked that the only comparison for Dexters would be the “Dream Team” of 1992.
At Dexterity, this Dream Team has been built over two decades of painstaking work, endless sacrifices, and an unshakable belief in India’s young people. #GoDexters #BuiltToOutlast
Wow! Today is unusual. For the first time in a year, I am not with DexSchool Class of 2026 on a Sunday. Last week, they graduated and were officially inducted as Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity. What an incredible group of young people!
Can you believe it? 65% of this class was born after @DexterityGlobal was founded. 10% were not even born when the first generation was applying to DexSchool Class of 2013. And yet, over the last year, they carried forward a legacy older than many of them, and truly made it their own.
In residence, we ate together, played together, learned together, and somewhere along the way, we became family. Class of 2026, you were a joy to teach, a privilege to train, and a reminder of why this work must go on. #GoDexters #Outlast
Truly, United Colours of Bharat. 🇮🇳
From every corner of India, and some Indian-origin youth from different continents. There is likely no other institution that identifies and nurtures young scholars and leaders from such diverse socio-economic backgrounds from such an early age.
For one year, they are challenged, tested, pushed beyond their comfort zones, and called upon to learn and lead. In the process, what comes to define them is not their difference, but their oneness, their Indianness, their Dexterity.
DexSchool Class of 2026, may your Dexterity shine. Today, and everyday! Congratulations on your graduation, and welcome home! #GoDexters #Outlast
For twenty years, I have gone to war for every young person I have come across. In life, an educational or professional setback is manageable. But the loss of a loved one is a tragedy that breaks the heart in ways no words can measure.
This morning, Sumit (DexSchool ‘18) and Suhani (DexSchool ‘22) lost their father. Since March 12, several Dexters and friends of Dexterity, tried everything possible. Doctors, hospitals, opinions, and prayers from across India and the world. This morning, walking out of the hospital felt unbearably heavy.
As someone who lost a parent while in school and a sibling one year out of college, I know the unbearable pain. Through these painful and challenging times, in Sumit and Suhani, I saw the extraordinary courage and grace of a well-trained Dexter. In a moment no young person should have to endure, they held themselves and their family together. Not just that, at the hospital, as it appeared to me, they took care of even those around them.
Sumit and Suhani are remarkable young people from small towns of Bihar who have built extraordinary journeys through hard work, courage, and character. Tonight, may Sumit, Suhani, and their family find strength in our prayers and blessings, and may their father’s soul attain eternal peace. Om Shanti!
Last night was a powerful, inspiring, and unforgettable masterclass in leadership, excellence, and grit as Coach Ted Donato - Olympian, NHL star, and legendary Head Coach with most wins in Harvard history - delivered the 2026 DexSchool Graduation Address.
This is 4am at DexSchool. Class of 2026 is still up, working on a @Harvard Law School negotiation that they will run at 9am. Everyday, training begins at 8am and ends around 2am. On the final night, candidates receive this negotiation challenge well past midnight when the body is tired and the mind is exhausted.
No one asks them to organize and work like this. Dexters build and enforce their own teams, discipline, and systems. After all, the core of Dexterity training is, “How much is left when nothing is left?” This is Dexterity. #BuiltToOutlast 🧢🇮🇳
DexSchool Class of 2026 is just incredible at problem solving. Dexterity training is the training of mind, body, and spirit. Dexters are rigorously trained to bring order to chaos.
Beyond hundreds of hours of intellectual training and thousands of stories, topics, and case studies from the discovery of fire to the frontiers of the modern world, DexSchool graduates are trained to think under pressure, act with courage and oneness, and solve problems with deep awareness and inventiveness. Dexters are #BuiltToOutlast.
Continuing a remarkable DexSchool tradition of @NobelPrize winners, @Olympics champions, self-made billionaires, heads of government, and some of the world’s most extraordinary leaders, we are thrilled to announce that Coach Ted Donato, a famed Olympian, NHL Star and legendary Head Coach with most wins in @Harvard History will deliver the 2026 DexSchool Graduation Address.
DexSchool Class of 2026 has started arriving in Bengaluru for their final residential training. As the tradition goes, the Dexterity Founder @SharadSagar was out there receiving Dexters at 4am.
Every year, some members of the class are Indian-origin students studying overseas and travel thousands of miles for the final round of training. 13-year-old Praneeth changed three flights and flew 20+ hours from Dallas, Texas to get to DexSchool. Despite being in a different time zone, Praneeth did not miss a single class in his yearlong digital training.
Sharad Sir came to receive him with a special chocolate shake he had promised. #ThisIsDexterity 🧢🇮🇳
A Dexter is not trained to shine for a moment. A Dexter is trained to endure for a lifetime, in service of Mother India.
At Dexterity, the core of all training is Outlast. As DexSchool Class of 2026 arrives in Bengaluru for final residential training, Graduates and Fellows of Dexterity introduce the Outlast series. #GoDexters #Outlast 🧢🇮🇳
In 2019, Jaydev Dave, an Indian-American student of medicine was chosen the Graduation Speaker for the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (@IcahnMountSinai), one of America’s leading medical schools.
Delivering the Graduation Address in New York, Jaydev Dave quoted @SharadSagar and @DexterityGlobal to deliver a powerful message on leadership, courage and the responsibility to create change far greater than oneself. #DexterityForAll 🧢🇮🇳🌎
