Why Do We Sweat 💦? Simple Science Behind Sweating and Body Cooling.
Sweating is your body’s natural cooling system.
When your body temperature rises—during heat, exercise, or stress—your Sweat gland releases sweat onto the skin. As this sweat evaporates, it carries heat away from the body, helping you cool down.
This process is part of Thermoregulation, the system that keeps your internal temperature stable.
In simple terms:
Your body releases sweat so that evaporation can remove excess heat and prevent overheating.
THE ONLY PERSON TO WIN NOBEL PRIZES IN 2 DIFFERENT SCIENCES
Marie Curie discovered two elements (polonium and radium) and pioneered research on radioactivity, a term she invented.
She won her first Nobel prize in Physics in 1903, for radiation research (shared with Pierre Curie & Henri Becquerel). Then in 1911, she won the second in Chemistry for discovering radium and polonium. She remains the only person in history to win Nobel Prizes in two different sciences.
During WWI, she developed mobile X-ray units ("Little Curies") and drove them to the front lines herself, saving countless soldiers' lives. She died of aplastic anemia, caused by years of radiation exposure. Her notebooks are still so radioactive they're kept in lead-lined boxes.

Video released by Chinese robotics company EngineAI shows their humanoid T800 robot kicking CEO Zhao Tongyang to the ground. The company says the purpose of the simulated battle was to counter claims that its latest model was created using CGI. #robot #china
Frictionless magnetic gears ⚙️🧲
It transfers motion using magnetic fields . No metal-to-metal contact — so there’s almost no mechanical erosion, which means longer lifespan and less maintenance.
Is this the future of gears?
