The new rewards scheme has lost its unique identity and is same as everywhere else.
It's a cost cutting exercise not improvement, fair enough, but no one is fooled

@HMRCcustomers In 2024-2025 I ended up earning a lot less than expected due to having to take time off work. My first payment on account has covered the tax liability. Once I submit do I have to do anything or will the system realise I don't need to make the second?

@Morrisons Why am I reminded of the biblical story of the good years and the bad? Seriously though the ones on the right weighed 200g (for three not each) and the whole batch was minuscule! I bought the ones on the left.
@LloydsBank Also I don't need to be told every minute that I can use "our mobile app and online services which are available 24 hours a day" when that's the 'service' that's not working.
@LloydsBank I am having a LOT of problems opening an account online for my daughter. I fulfil all I need - but the computer says no. BTW if all the time you are experiencing "a high volume of calls" - that is the NORMAL volume of calls and you need more staff.
@LloydsBank Trying to open Smart Start for child. Fails every time and the five facts about me that I need to open it are all true. Tried phoning - that's in "can't take your call - too busy mode". Pretty dismal frankly.
@LloydsBank Messaging under support. Couldn't do anything - suggested I call through app. Lines too busy. I'll try this number. It does ANSWER - but once through the painful "what are here for" etc. until wait for operator ... "our lines are all busy so we can't take your call." cut off
