@soniamaya81@DrAnnieHickox@DrSdeG@RITB_ You’re relying on the 1% cases which are exceptions. You need to focus on the 99% of cases which are due to poor lifestyle choices, poor discipline and poor motivation. Good luck!
@soniamaya81@DrAnnieHickox@DrSdeG@RITB_ Likely you’ve ruined your metabolism and it’s too late. Thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue etc..
You should have committed to better health discipline since your teens. You may need extended fasting to reset your system, autophagy etc … good luck
@DrAnnieHickox@soniamaya81@DrSdeG@RITB_ There are lots of excuses, sure. Obesity is due to calorie excess, and underpinned by poor lifelong motivation and health related discipline
@soniamaya81@DrAnnieHickox@DrSdeG@RITB_ I’m a 46 year old man, very fit and I’ve looked after myself all my life with exercise and fasting, no meds or diseases. My 75 year old mother also lived healthily- she’s on no meds and very active.
@DrAnnieHickox@soniamaya81@DrSdeG@RITB_ Plenty of evidence that eating well, intermittent fasting, exercise contributes to a healthy lifestyle and staves off obesity.
