But when I came back...it honestly brought a tear to my eye...there he was sitting behind this sweet little girl braiding her hair and saying stuff like "ayyyy that's a good one!" and "oooooo, that can go in the deck!" and high fiving her as she showed him the cards she got.

As she gleefully started ripping into the box and packs, he must have mentioned something about her hair (still couldn't hear what was being said as the shop got a little louder), because she looked at him with a frown and said something. I walked away at this point...

He also wanted me to say, "they all have been my motivation, I honestly owe a lot to them and if me getting better is even just a piece of what it will take for me to pay them back...I'm gonna fight like hell...for them...and me."

As a small update, he is doing better...I hope.
