I used beef tallow on the cast iron skillet before cooking and I like what that did to the taste.

Has anyone noticed seeing more insects you used to see years ago this summer?

I've noticed bugs I haven't seen often since I was young. Brown beetles, stag beetles, katydid, June bugs, Japanese beetles and praying mantis.

@iota_09 @MetaFlaelli Ants are such a pain. We had them most of last year even over the winter inside. It was the really tiny ones. Had them inside the house until about a month or so ago. Still have a lot of different species around the outside, but thankfully most stay outside.

@Mikearonigrill It might just not be for you, but I'd give it a solid try and play for a couple hours straight. I think it did take me a little bit for it to click. Once I got a feel for it I loved it. Very much looking forward to the next game.

Thankfully I've seen those every year, but it kinda makes me sad now. I had a dog that loved watching them so they remind me of her.
