Yesterday, I forgot to print out the note that explained why the elf was missing, so what is the best way to reveal the letter? Oh! Just print from your computer, walk away, and act very confused when your printer is randomly printing. Worked on my students 😂

The first time I was observed (it didn’t count), I trained my students well to be on their best behavior. Today, on an informal that did count, they wanted to test me. (Calling out, talking back, putting head down, goofing off) 😤 #firstyearteacher

I tell one of my students to put their head up and answer the question I just asked. They answer the question and I praise them or getting it correct.
