@totesmcgoatsbro @AuggieNorth @FuvkJoe 1) Not in the least.
2)Am I wrong?
3) I never said I did. I don’t believe being compassionate and considerate to be believing others delusions to be real. If they insist on me calling them a pronoun contradictory to the reality, I would most likely walk away.
@AuggieNorth @totesmcgoatsbro @FuvkJoe I do understand that they\them is more reasonable, but I’m not sure with whether I agree with it. It nonetheless stems from radical gender theory and their delusion, which I want to enable and accept neither.
It’s something to think on, at the very least.
@AuggieNorth @totesmcgoatsbro @FuvkJoe In this case, your definition of respect does. After all, referring to them as their preferred pronouns which contradict reality is practically acceptance.
@totesmcgoatsbro @AuggieNorth @FuvkJoe 1) It’s a delusion. They perceive themselves to be something they’re not. They’re no less delusional than a schizophrenic.
2) That depends on opinion. It’s a relative term anyhow.
3)At best, minimum respect would be not ridiculing to them for their delusions they can’t help.
@totesmcgoatsbro @FuvkJoe @AuggieNorth Depends what you mean by “accept”. For example, I recognise some people to be schizophrenic, but I don’t recognise their delusions as real.
Trans people can only be trans with radical gender theory as a position they hold to.
No, it’s very much for me to agree/disagree with.
@jstephenson84@libsoftiktok And yet no-one has.
Interestingly though, If you were to read the literature on it, you would find that most psychologists don’t believe it to be real. Although I’m not sure how long that’ll last, considering how ideologically driven science has become.
@totesmcgoatsbro @FuvkJoe @AuggieNorth Thing is, they have the right to not agree with radical gender theory. Thus, “misgendering” shouldn’t be considered bullying.
