@NBAonNBC @cavs It started a few years ago- the cheer is to acknowledge that players were sagging off and playing help defense away from the ball. Sort of ""I know I got a technical, but it shows that I am trying to be a good teammate and help off of my man." A red badge of courage, so to speak.
