@tonyv1967@MaryKayCabot Why a full year? He is a 5th round draft choice. What 5th round draft choices get a full year of starting at any position before a decision is made?
@twithersCLE There were 100 more egregious muggings than that during the game. Could this have been a foul? Of course. But if the entire game had been called that way, neither team would have had any players left because they all would have fouled out. Thompson would have fouled out in 1st Q
@NBAonNBC@cavs It started a few years ago- the cheer is to acknowledge that players were sagging off and playing help defense away from the ball. Sort of ""I know I got a technical, but it shows that I am trying to be a good teammate and help off of my man." A red badge of courage, so to speak.
@NickWilsonSays@BZaber@923TheFan@JPeterlin He is all you have talked about for 5 months. I didn't listen today, but there is no way you haven't talked about him in 60-70% of your segments that I have heard this fall/winter. I like you guys, but it's just too much.
@engineerreacts@LanceReisland Begging the question. He did not get "progressively worse." He may not have progressed as quickly as some would have liked, but he did not get progressively worse.
@923TheFan@NickWilsonSays@JPeterlin Nope..you can't have it both ways. If 6-7 games are enough for you to declare that Gabriel is as bad as you both have stated many times that he is, then you have to be willing to do the same after 6-7 games with Shedeur.
@923TheFan@JPeterlin@NickWilsonSays Twice in the first half hour of the show you said the offense was good enough to win yesterday. 8 points is good enough to win? You are using the special teams problems, which were severe, to avoid admitting that the offense is no better now than it was two weeks ago.
@tinfoilHT@SportsCenter 1/2 the players in the stadium think every unsportsmanlike penalty is wrong...that's why we have impartial referees to make obvious calls..
@923TheFan@KenCarman Don't forget- Hopkins cost us a game, and the defense gave up a last minute td to the Vikings. Neither was Stefanski's fault. So why the magic number of 2 more games to save his job? Browns would already be 5-6 with those 2 wins.
