As everyone is aware, the situation for BJP in Karnataka is currently not working in its favor. I strongly urge the high command to undertake a complete revamp of the state unit. A significant number of those in leadership positions are ineffective and overly focused on adjustment politics rather than aligning with BJP central leadership, leaders like @RAshokaBJP @BYVijayendra are just passing their time

It is crucial to move beyond caste considerations and bring in capable, young leaders like @Tejasvi_Surya @mepratap who can energize and drive the party forward in the state. While people may continue to support BJP in national elections, it would be unrealistic to expect the same outcome in the next state elections unless bold and meaningful changes are implemented.
