@niknazmi The report should be published for public scrutiny. PM Anwar, Harapan, PKR and Dap have failed to deliver for the people of Kuala Lumpur again.
@fmtoday Political analysts should answer this: What happens if PH suffers a tsunami-scale defeat in the next election?
My take:
PKR will begin to disintegrate. Anwar is too old to mount a comeback. His Reformasi brand is dead.
Rafizi’s BERSAMA seeks to fill the opposition vacuum.
@jameschin110 Anwar can no longer lead PH to victory. Abandoned reforms, UMNO-style governance, the Azam Baki, corp mafia & Ramanan controversies, Rafizi split, and targeting the middle class & SMEs for more taxes - have driven many PH voters away. A tsunami-scale defeat is looming.
@jameschin110 Calm down. Perhaps your expectations of Rafizi and BERSAMA are higher than theirs at this stage. Their online popularity isn’t a mirage - they don’t have the money to buy views. Politics is hard, and their journey has only just begun.
@KlutzyKucing This shows PKR lacks quality leaders. Besides Anwar, there is no one capable of carrying the party. He has no one to blame but himself. Like Stalin, he had purged his best generals in his bid to consolidate power before UMNO struck.
@Mxllan It’s quite clear that UMNO, PAS and BN folks aren’t just blind to Najib’s multi-billion-ringgit kleptocracy - they also seem incapable of reading a full sentence. 🙄🤦🏻♂️🤣
@zaidibrahim I can’t see the logic behind your argument. If you believe the sitting PM doesn’t deserve another term, then you should be supportive of a constitutional amendment to impose a two-term limit.
@mkini_bm That’s not what the results show. BERSAMA aims to become a real threat to PH, but it isn’t there yet. The journey has only just begun. Next stop - Negeri Sembilan.
Pua should know the main reason behind PH and DAP’s poor performance - PM Anwar.
@malaysiakini Once again, DAP skipped the joint press conference with its coalition partners, PKR and Amanah.
My question to DAP: Will the party continue down the MCA 2.0 path under Anthony Loke and Nga Kor Ming?
@fmtoday BERSAMA has nothing to lose. PH has lost more than Johor - they’ve lost their direction heading into future elections.
The problem? PH has nothing to sell after Anwar abandoned long-promised reforms.
In the end, Anwar & PH campaigned like Najib and BN.
@MalaysiaGazette There should be a consensus within DAP that Anwar’s position as poster boy of PH has become untenable. Anwar has also lost the Malays, Indians, & failed to attract young voters. N9 is the last straw. Change course, or risk losing it all - Loke & Nga gotta go.
@mkini_bm If DAP also fails in Negeri Sembilan, Anthony Loke and Nga Kor Ming should step aside from the party’s leadership. The next generation of DAP leaders is ready to take over, rebuild the party, and reconnect with younger voters.
@mkini_bm PMX is why PH lost Sabah & Johor. N9 could complete a trifecta of defeats.
Abandoned reforms.
Governed like UMNO. Azam Baki, corp mafia & Ramanan. The Rafizi split. More taxes targeting the mid-class & SMEs.
Voters have turned agst PH. Anwar position is now untenable.
