I saw regime apologists claim Uganda shouldn't be categorized here and I can't understand what their defense is.

We're in a country where ministry of health is quick to report epidemics like Ebola to get funding from WHO and others.

We're in a country where abductions and torture have become a new normal. Infact they're displayed on global platforms for the whole world to see.

We're in a country where corruption is a right and fighting it is criminal.

We're in a country where we have great tourism potential but we invest in politics and militarily.

We're in a country with a failed health system and the leadership doesn't care.
