It's important that all staff members who enter our schools be educated on our safety and security initiatives. District leaders recently held a training session to make sure that our substitute teachers were properly prepared in the event of an emergency.

Thank you to all of our Fremont families who came out to our first Multilingual Family Night event of the year. The event featured an overview of the programming of the year for the parents, while students participated in fall-themed arts, crafts, and snacks.
FSD79 hosted its annual crisis review meeting with staff, local law enforcement agencies, and first responders this week to review processes and procedures in the event of an emergency situation.
Congrats to the student leaders from Fremont Elementary who were selected as the first members of the PAW Patrol and will be on the lookout for fellow students displaying positive behavior.
This month's Board of Education recognition was for the FSD79 staff members who spearheaded the renovation of our elementary school courtyard. Thank you for helping beautify this outdoor learning space for our students!
