In eastern medicine, bad internal energy flow is seen as the source of Illness.

If your legs tend to get cold or you have high blood pressure, you should shiatsu the pressure point between your ankle bone and the achillies tendon.
If you don't know the exact location the general area will do! About three to five minutes each day is recommended.
There is a pressure point for relieving, shallow breaths, stomach tension, heavy sighs, etc.
It is located in between the first and second joints of the thumb.
There are three pressure points and you go back and forth between them with shiatsu.
The pressure point located in the centre of your palm is effective for when you're nervous or stressed.
The meaning for this pressure point is, the palace of resting.
So pressing it for five minutes on both hands helps you relax when your physically and mentally fatigued.
This pressure point is recommended if you have a hard time sleeping every night.
You can press this pressure point with your thumb or tap it with a fist.
If you're tapping it aim for a hundred taps.
If you're pressing, about three to five minutes.
Often times the liver is involved as well when the spleen and stomach isn't functioning very well.
The energy from the liver supports the spleen and stomach function, so when the energy from it stagnates you get more irritable, prone to anger and worry too deeply.
Often times the reason for, irritation, melancholy, dry mouth and headaches is due to stagnation of energy flow from the liver.
If you have the above mentioned symptoms you should do stretches as shown in the image!
The pressure point to help when you feel uneasy, dream often in your sleep, or don't feel like you slept after waking up is located in the wrist.
The meaning of this pressure point is the gateway for Kami, which means Kami passes through here.

The lower back has many pressure points, including five prominent ones.

Rubbing it or doing light shiatsu on it when you have time will increase your kidney energy.
If you use your phone, computer or tabled devices, please try it

About sixty seconds on 1, 2 and 3 for each side.
Do this on both sides.

The muscles in your back tends to be pulled to the front making it easier for it to be fatigued.
Keeping up the movement in the image for around one to three minutes will stimulate the meridians in the upper back and your internal energy will become more active.
There's a pressure point for when you have a cold or feel cold.
It is located just below your calf muscle.
It may be easier to find by lifting your heel to define the muscle better.
It ’s good to warm this place.
I recommend shiatsu with your thumb for this pressure point.
When you feel stressed you should stimulate the meridian in your leg to help with energy flow.
As shown in the image, it's effective if you twist it inward and outward!
It may hurt at first, but doing this on a daily basis will eventually relieve the pain and feel refreshing.
If you hold back your emotions after getting angry or crying, negative energy will pile up in you.
Your liver is what process this negative energy.
But if too much pile up your liver can't process it fast enough and it begins to affect your autonomic nerves.
If you feel compression in your chest or short of breath in low pressure, cloudy weather or on rainy days, you should try using shiatsu on an area at the thumb joint.

This location helps with symptoms involving your heart☺️
Use shiatsu on this location of the soles of the feet.
Energy will climb up through your body form your feet.
This is because it's where energy wells up like spring water.
It's located where we see an indentation when we bend our toes.
