@ryankatzrosene We used to have -10, -15 C night temperatures in winter in my region in Slovakia around 25+ years ago. Now we have few days of snow at max if there is exceptional cold front. Winter disappeared and was replaced by summer heatwaves we would not dare to imagine years ago.

Time to boycott the Olympics:

Committing genocide is something that the International Olympics Committee seems to like to reward, as it wants to include Russia in the 2028 LA games.

The IOC is a trash organization. It has just provisionally lifted its suspension on the Russian athletic program, paving the way for their bloodthirsty competitors to return to international play.

This means that instead of a small handful of ”neutral” athletes (many of them were not actually neutral) like we saw in recent events, a massive team of hundreds of bloodthirsty Russian athletes could soon be headed to the next summer games in LA.

It is a huge mistake and a stark reminder of what a trash organization the IOC really is. Russia is actively committing genocide in Ukraine and should face absolute isolation, not a red carpet.

If they are allowed to participate, people across Europe must take a stand. Time to boycott the events, and I will absolutely be choosing to do so myself
