Big-time tournament win for the Fairfield Union boys, topping Meigs, 64-54. Trailing 38-30 at halftime, Caleb Schmelzer put the Falcons on his back, scoring 19 of his game-high 34 points in the fourth quarter. @caleb_schmelzer @CoachShaeffer

The Falcons win their first tournament game 64-54 over Meigs. Caleb Schmelzer led the team with 34 and Caleb Redding added 15. The Falcons had a huge defensive second half led by Koen Eichhorn and Isaiah DeLong. We will head to Warren Saturday night to take on Marietta.

A great week of Falcon basketball was topped off by two 2nd place finishes for our 5th and 6th grade teams in the Sheridan Tournament!

The Falcons end the day with a 79-58 win over Hamilton Township. Koen Eichhorn and Keegan Arnett each had 22 points and Caleb Schmelzer added 17 with a number of assists. Caleb also reached his milestone of 1,000 career points today. #WEoverME

Falcons Boys 🏀 teams have had a great first 8 days in their season!

Varsity (4-0) picked up wins over Liberty Union, Alexander, Bloom-Carroll & West Muskingum.

The only blemish for the JV (3-1) is a 48-35 loss to Bloom-Carroll & the Freshman (3-0) have won by an avg of 29 pts!

Varsity Falcons improve to 4-0 with a 62-36 win over West Muskingum. Caleb Schmelzer had 20 and Caleb Redding had 17. We will be back in action Tuesday night at Amanda Clearcreek. #FAMILY
