When it’s after midnight and you cancel a flight you don’t leave people standing with no plan, no food, no water. This is how businesses fall. I am Delta Diamond and flew here Air France and thought I’d try this on the way back because the time worked. Why would I again?

Because of its imperfect nature do we stop trying for progress or do we let me and thousands (millions?) of others fall off cliffs?
