Nairobi cannot continue carrying the full weight of Kenya’s political and economic life. I think it is time someone prevail upon the banks and safaricom on the issue of reversal of monies paid to wrong till numbers managed by Banks. It should never be this hard to reverse money sent to a wrong till number...

Called back @Safaricom_Care who insisted they had sent an email to @KCBGroup and they alleged to have sent the email a second time.

Called back @KCBGroup who, again insisted that they could not ascertain the bank account to which the till is registered.
