i spent 12 years of my life to study and to get a certificate to prove myself and help me getting a slight advantage in the upcoming university admissions, the MOET of Vietnam planned to eliminate plans to eliminate the awarding bonus points for this certificate, for 2027 1/4

My family however, had the nerve to say "well you have to try harder in the exam", have you ever fucking thought about the effort putting into studying for a certificate just for it to get dimissed? Yeah I agree it can be used for a lot more purposes, but I've spent almost 3/4
