Motivation Wednesday:
You started towards this goal, whatever it may be, with good reasons in mind, so don't quit! Keeping up your motivation is hard and it can vary each day, but when you stop to remember why you started, it can make it a little easier to keep going. ๐ฏ๐ช
Nutrition Tip of the week:
Healthy eating comes in many forms but our nation has started promoting MyPlate in more recent years. MyPlate is an image of what a basic plate for each meal should look like with different sections for each type of food and food ideas for each area.
Motivation wednesday:
Things may seem hard now but i promise you everything you're doing for yourself will pay off. When things get difficult it gives us the ability to buckle down and go for it, letting us show ourselves and everyone around us what we're truly made of.
Health Tip of the Week:
Try drinking more water and less sugary beverages. Our Body needs water in order to function properly and it's considered a macronutrient along with carbohydrates, fat, and protein. Remember, by the time we actually feel thirsty we're already low on water.
Motivation Wednesday: Everyday is a new day to work towards your dreams don't wait around for the "right" time because it may never feel like the right time, Instead focus on the here and now. Make today the day you take that first step. If you were looking for sign here it is ๐ช

overwhelming or too easy depending on the day. My favorite method to use is Rate of Percieved Exertion (RPE) it's about how YOU feel that day and how intense the workout is. It has 2 scales, but i use the 1-10, 1 being no effort, 10 being the hardest you've ever worked.

Nutrition tip of the week:
Farmer's markets are a great place to shop for produce. The top 3 reasons I recommend farmer's market are
1. All food is fresh and picked at itโs peak, giving it more flavor and a better nutritional content.

2. They tend to have a wider variety than the average produce section at your local grocery store, and therefore give you chance to try something new.
3. The merchants often have various recipes and dishes to recommend, giving you ideas for how to cook your new foods.
Motivation Wednesday:
It's the middle of the week, whatever is going on or stressing you out doesn't need to stop you, you've made it halfway through the week and this far in life. Keep moving forward and go for your goals! ๐ช
Starting the day out with some positive vibes from my clothing. Do what you can to stay motivated each day, sheer willpower will only take you so far and that's ok.
Motivation wednesday:
Everything good comes with time. Don't let anyone or anything stop you from reaching your goals, especially yourself. You may not see the results of your efforts immediately but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Start working towards your dreams today! ๐ช
Fitness Tip of the Week:
The FITT principle (as my page name refers to) is a guideline to exercise programming.
F - frequency: how often you will do the workout during the week.
I - intensity: how hard?
T - type: what kind of exercises are you going to do?
T - time: how long?
Motivation Wednesday!
Anything you do today will make a big impact on your future. Any choice you make will impact you in some way or another, so choose to do something good for yourself. Make your future self look back on this day and smile.
What will you do today?
Today is the beginning of a new week, don't let it pass you by.
Start that exercise plan you saw on pinterest, go to the new restaurant you heard about, buy those shoes you've been looking at for weeks.
We only get one life so make sure you're living it, not just existing in it
My back is killing me today so no work-outs and no teaching in my internship today ๐ค hopefully I'll have enough rest and meds in my system so i make it downstairs to do homework in a couple hours
Finally learning how to use my account. I'll be more active starting this next week. I'm trying to find my footing and what I want to do with this page to make it myself but to also make it stand out from other fitness pages. I guess we'll all see soon enough! ๐๐ช๐ฏ
