@cdotharrison Was Rice last year at this point? It would be interesting to see a side by side. By end of season last year, Rice was clearly the better later in the season. The reps and trust (or lack of other options) being shown to XW now will hopefully pay off like it did for Rice.

@SKCdaily Agreed. And with some better parts around him, his strength in the midfield will be even more evident. I only question a full season’s worth of seeing the field. But with better depth, that can be mitigated.

I feel this game will come down to who is strongest on the ball in those 50/50 & 1v1 moments. RN, it’s #LAFC that has the upper hand in this area. #SKC seem weaker and it shows in the opportunities had. Sporting will need to take advantage of any chances they get. #USOC2024
