I think I’m starting to come to terms with the fact that I could kill myself trying to climb up the ladder to Director/VP/Head of Design and that rung might not be there for me.
I’ve interviewed at easily 150+ companies and only 2 have ever had women in that role.
So being Filipino, and having a Spanish last name (due to colocalization), I have often experienced co-workers handing me documents (written in Spanish) and files, asking me to proofread or translate.
