I have spent a day trying to compose myself before tweeting this.
It's been very hard to do, because this is not the first time my grandson has seen what the @bcndp & the @liberal_party has wrought upon this country with their drug policies.
There is a BIG minorbaseball tournament in our community this weekend. Teams from all over BC and Alberta are here.
On Friday evening my son and grandson went back to the park to help finish cleaning up. In the dugout was a sight to behold. 2 people having mad sex. Going right at it, naked asses to the wind. Higher than a kite. It could be funny except for the drug aspect of it. This is what our kids are seeing here in our once decent community, on a regular basis.
The next morning, a young girl opened and went through the back door of the concession, where the volunteers were setting up for the day, and proceeded to puke, and froth at the mouth, clearly high on whatever the drug of the day is.
She didn't want naloxone, she denied being high. Paramedics and police were called. While they were waiting for them, this girls boyfriend showed up, started yelling at her, "So, you are still sick, you "stupid bitch". THEN, proceeded to shove some sort of drug in his mouth, right in front of the RCMP and our paramedics.
This is what our community's visitors are seeing.
OD's on the street, garbage and tents everywhere, youth having sex wherever they see fit. People being assaulted in our malls. THIS is what these leftist parties have brought to this country. NORMALIZING drug addiction. Buying up hotels, and putting the homeless in them, and within a week they are trashed.
NOT ONE mental health facility has been built, NOT ONE rehabilitation facility. We have HUNDREDS of small corner pop ups(that's what I call them) where you can get your drugs tested and then proceed to do them right in front on the sidewalk or buy your safe drugs and go sell them at the schools so you can get the good stuff. We now have more NEW addicts using hydromorphone. A 13 year old classmate of my grandson's, is now dead because of these stupid, stupid policies. I have lost count of the indigenous on our reserve that are now dead.
People are angry here. Businesses are being stolen from, & trashed. People afraid to go shopping, or for walks. I, myself, am in that category.
This used to be a community where you didn't have to lock your doors if you went out. Now? You lock your doors when you are home, install security cameras and fences, & get big mean dogs.
Meeting after meeting with the powers that be, and a lot of BLAH BLAH BLAH, with a lot of nothing being done except enabling, and normalizing what is happening. There are NO consequences for their poor decisions or their actions.
Taxpayers are footing the bill for society going into the toilet. BILLIONS have been wasted. BILLIONS.
Isn't socialism great? #EnoughIsEnough People are going to start taking the law into their own hands. We must take a stand against this insanity or there will be nothing left of our once great country. #LiberalsMustGo #NeverNDP
