@kigutasheilaa Keep a headache diary and write down what you’re doing, eating, etc when the migraines start. Helps you identify triggers, could be food/ drink, noise, light, hormones, fatigue. Then you deal with them 1 by 1. Also helps you know when a migraine is coming.

@Karey_mwari Pole girl… please check your calcium levels too. I had the same issues, used to get randomly dizzy in town or in a mat. Doc told me my calcium was interfering with iron absorption.
