Located on this beautiful island in one of the absolute best spots imaginable, a destination that welcomes millions of visitors each year.

We bought this property in a prime location, on the south of the island, and gave it a complete makeover to create the perfect environment for our Advanced Wellness Clinic. Every single detail inside has been finished to the highest standards, from the woodwork to the ventilation system.

True to the KOKOON vision, the property is fully owned, without bank loans, meaning that we maintain complete control over every aspect. As you can see on the Timelapse from the very beginning to how it looks today, everything is demolished and built from scratch.

This advanced wellness clinic is getting ready to open its doors, focused on supporting people on their path to better health and well-being. We have selected the most advanced equipment on the market, in order to offer our clients champion level healthcare.

It is with the deepest sadness that I share the news of the passing of my great friend, business partner, mentor Terry Slater 💔.

Terry left us at the age of 85. He had been unwell for several years after suffering a stroke, and while we knew this day would come, the loss still hits hard 💔.

Terry was one of the true giants of the music business. Over more than 50 years he excelled across every facet of the industry as a songwriter, publisher, A&R executive, promoter, and manager. He played bass with the Everly Brothers, co-wrote several of their hits (including “Bowling Green”), and rose to become an EMI board member and director, signing and developing major artists. He was responsible for the management and commercial aspects of artists including a-ha, Queen, Kate Bush, the Sex Pistols, Duran Duran and so many more. He opened doors across the planet and left an indelible mark on the industry.

To me he was so much more. We traveled the world together. He was my mentor, my closest confidant, and a true brother who always had my back. The adventures, the lessons, the laughter, and the loyalty we shared will stay with me forever ❤️.

My heart goes out to his family, especially Penny 💔, in this difficult time. May God bless and comfort you all 🙏🏻.

Terry, thank you for everything. I know I will see you again. Rest in peace, my dear friend. Your soul will always live on in the music and in the lives you touched.

With a heavy heart, I must share the news that my dearest friend, business partner, and travel companion of many years, Jan Jacobsen, passed away yesterday 💔. God called him home.

The Earth has lost one of its most beautiful souls one of the most amazing, loving people you could ever meet. Jan cared for everyone with his big, generous heart and touched so many lives with his kindness.

He is now safe with God in heaven, resting in a far better place. To all who loved him, I share in your sorrow on this incredibly difficult day. God bless his family, and God bless his gentle soul.
