Adam, our Service Technician, recently traveled to Mexico to install a Uniko presetter for the company Rack & Fixture. They'll be using the Uniko model to increase the speed of measuring their cutting tools by measuring offline while their machines are in use.

This customer swallowed a pipe through the 8.5” Through Bore and rotated the part for machining on the outer diameter. The RCB-350’s massive 3300Nm of brake torque provided rigidity and repeatability during the machining process.

This customer was able to perform 4th axis machining on two platters on the right hand side of the machine, while keeping the entire left hand side of the machine bed open for a secondary operation.
