We are unable to use the internet even though enough balance is available in both BSNL and Jio SIMS. Why are they looting the public? Then what is the services they are providing?

It's very serious issue and painfull to mention that the escalators on every platform in the Nizamuddin station are intentionally stopped when the train arrives by the coolies in connivance with the station Manager which must be looked into by the railway authorities.
