@Chezetaki That's cognitive empathy. You understand how others would feel because maybe you know how you felt in a similar situation,or maybe your parents just told you something like "how would you feel if someone did that to you?" in certain situations (I heard that a couple of times).

@Chezetaki Same applies for sensory overload. There seems to be both people who have issues with sensory overload to point that they hate the feeling of certain cloths on certain parts of their skin and people who struggle noticing phyiscal contact.

@Chezetaki From what I've read it's common for autism to either have way too much or way too little of something. So you may either feel others' emotion way too strong (so you can't look into someone's eyes) or hardly at all (so the eyes aren't interesting)
