@AnzKnight about 200k-400k USD. I would say my house is a good mid level starter. Needed updates but was move in ready. Paid $215k with less than an acre of land. (2/2)

@AnzKnight It really depends on where you live. In certain areas it’s still a lot of house. So take San Diego. You’ll still get a really nice house, but maybe not as big or as much land,etc as out by me in the Midwest. The average in my area for a decent enough starter to mid home is (1/2)

@AnzKnight That’s exactly why I bought a soda blaster hahaha. Hit the quarter rounds and tight spaces with it and the stuff came right off.
