@virginmedia WiFi went out yesterday midday. Engineer can't come till friday but people work from home so we need it. A network cable company was working just outside our house at the time so we think they did something. Nothing to do with our equipment as we checked everything!

@virginmedia Thank you for the reply, sadly I have checked the status checker many times and it says the hub isn't connected, as I said it definitely is, this leans me more towards the idea that the network cable people accidentally unplugged us as I have experienced this with a different ISP
