Different projects, different stages, and both teams arrived at the same sentence: people misunderstand what we do. Both times the gap sat in how the work was explained, not in the work itself. That is the part a team cannot see from the inside, because everyone there already knows the answer to the question the site is failing to answer.

A lot of focus on decentralization of tech, yet nowhere near enough focus on decentralization of thought.

I think social trading might be the #1 worst thing to ever happen to the space. Beyond people losing the ability to think for themselves and trading only based on who bought what, coins can no longer survive a big sell from semi large influencers and the 1% that do are still going to get instantly thrashed for 50-90% right after before recovering.
