It’s the complete opposite of that. Saku was always bullied for having a big forehead and had no confidence, Ino even though she was a popular girl she went up to Saku and gave her confidence about how she looks. Ino even gave her a ribbon becuz she thought it would look cute

Without Ino doing this I’m not sure if Sakura even becomes a shinobi. Or at least half the shinobi she is today. Sakura and Ino’s flashback is one of the most over looked parts of both their characters. Along with their friendship being overlooked too
